Upon normal receipt, the item arrived with a broken side and cracked.

Negatives: No instructions. No screws to secure into the frame and door surround (Details say it includes screws), the only screw was to secure the cover plate. Positives: Bought to replace and existing corroded and lagging hinge. Fits perfectly. Was able to reuse existing screws as they were not corroded. Took it gently and done in 15mins. Overall, very happy.
