Hey there! I couldn't wait to share my thoughts on this treadmill with desk 3-in-1 foldable walking pad. It's seriously been a game-changer for me. First things first, the convenience is unbeatable – it effortlessly slides under my desk, seamlessly fitting into my work routine. I really love the control watch. It is simple to use and makes adjusting speed and programs a cinch. Plus, it's so quiet that I can easily hop on during meetings without causing a stir. The main thing I love about this is the versatility. Taking it to the hallway for some treadmill-style walking or using the shelf/desktop to keep my laptop steady has been a game-changer. Using this had a positive impact on my fitness goals over the last few months as well. I am getting more steps in, spend less time sitting, and I am experiencing less lower back pain. I know that having a desk job and sitting all day is terrible for you so I purchased this product to help with these things and am very please with all of the options and overall quality of the product. Great treadmill/walking pad! Easy to use, requires no set-up except unpacking from the box and oiling the deck. Offers a wide range of exercise speeds in a small footprint. One manual incline adjustment. Silent operation, seems well built. Excellent value for the money, especially since it was on sale.

Great for exercise especially with the small incline that it gives you. I definitely feel that after use. You can make your own settings but it also has built-in settings for interval walking or running. You can change the volume settings for Bluetooth. Although it is a little jarring when it turns on it has an initial turn on beep that is very loud and I can't seem to turn that down. The side handles are great and you can fold that part in and use the tray for reading or electronics. I'm 5'5 and the tray or handles are great for holding but looking down to read it's not great for the posture. The walking pad is wide enough that I've never had an issue feeling that I was going to fall off the sides or as if I couldn't run. I think this was a great investment so great value for the money. Cons:The size of this walking pad is substantial so I'm going to call it a treadmill. On top of that it is far less maneuverable then I hoped meaning that it will have to stay in one spot. I was hoping to store it after each use but it's extremely heavy and the two wheels at the top to be able to move it around or not as functional as necessary to get around corners or place under a bed. It's also wide.

Super easy to set up and use. I love it. Has enough space to run and walk on it. The speed variables are nice. It’s sturdy. It folds up nicely for space saver. The panel Doesn’t need batteries which is a huge plus for me. It’s a smaller version of what you’d find in a gym but it’s perfect in every way. I own 3 life pro products and they stand behind their products and warranty as I had an issue with a past product and they sent me a new one immediately. Will Continue to be a customer….

I am very happy with my Lifepro 3-in-1 Treadmill. During Covid I bought a different running pad and gave it away because it didn’t work for me. This one is perfect!! I’m a pharmaceutical rep that works from home and this exactly what I need!! I love the adjustable height media tray for my computer and the stand for my iPad or phone. The control panel was easy to use and had what I wanted/ time, distance and calorie goal. Changing speeds was easy and smooth. I really like how when I’m done it stopped so slowly and didn’t just throw me off. For work, especially when I’m making calls, very important/ it was quiet. The blue stripes on the foot rails are important so I can see where my feet go/ that makes so much sense, when the foot rails are just black you can’t tell where the foot rail is vs where the running belt is. I was impressed with speed from 0.5-7.5, the incline was a definite plus. It was so easy to adjust from media tray, to using it with handrails, to the running pad. I was really happy it came fully assembled- I opened the box and in less than ten minutes I had my computer on the media tray and I was watching a movie getting my steps in -Perfect!! I love the look of the look and am very happy with it!!

Great little home office treadmill. I’ve used this almost everyday since April 2024. It’s been perfect for my home office.

This is a great treadmill! I’m 5 feet tall and it is the right size for me and the space I had available. It was easy to put together & performs well. I love the digital display. I haven’t tried all of the programs yet, but will do that soon. I am going to follow the 5K training plan to get back into running again. I recommend the Ecostride for anyone who wants a small, well built treadmill.

This works really well for my purposes. It’s small enough that I can store it away but I can also take full length steps. That said, if you’re tall, it might be too short for you. I’m 5’2 on a good day so it is good for me. Higher speeds are not what it’s made for, and I don’t think it tracks mileage or speed very well but I live in Oregon and I don’t love a walk in the rain all the time so I’m happy I have purchased this item.
