My replacement wasn't functioning
This is supposed to be a replacement, in spite of replacing the broken clock, I received a clock that stopped functioning after few minutes. Tried replacing with a good battery, still the same issue continues.This time the glass piece, the seconds hand, the minutes hand, the hours hand all were fine but those hands were not moving. Another replacement would not be justified or genuine too. I am sick and tired of using Amazon India shopping. Two grooves holding the glass frame were broken. This time I have decided to keep the clock with me and get it repaired at the local shop. Otherwise my account will get blacklisted. Thank you Amazon for the respect you have given to me as your customer 🙏 I am uninstalling the app 🙏 No more online shopping 🙏 I sincerely recommend the customers not to trust this seller. 🙏
