We love and use many StellaLife products and usually buy from their website, but so happy to buy this one from Amazon now. My oral surgeon recommended it for healing after surgeries. I continued using this product for a couple of years now as a multivitamin at half the dose. We tried various multivitamins, but this one stands out for its quality and effectiveness. We eat organic food and research all the products before using since want the best for our family. Not only does it work, but it has exceptionally purety and high quality clean vitamins! It is vegan, gluten-free, no GMO, no stearate, no dioxide, and made in the USA, so you know what is on the label is actually in the bottle. They have right kind of vitamins like D3 comes from Lichen (not sheep wool), K2 from Cheakpeas (not soybean), B9 from MTHF (cannot metabolize folic acid), B12, Calcium, and CoQ10 are just some of the many. My famaily noticed significant improvements in energy levels and overall mood. I had a follow-up appt with my dentist recently & the hygienist stated my gums look great. Not sure if it has anything to do with these vitamins. Only started almost a month ago. Had a procedure and have been taking daily. Will continue to purchase. These have some good things in it. Usually take mine with lunch & dinner.

My dentist recommended this and the mouthwash from the same brand for my dental procedure. I was initially skeptical about why I couldn’t just use the vitamins I already had at home, but he explained this one could help my bone health and maintenance recovery so far. It has many vitamins A, B, D3, K2, beta-carotene, CoQ10, and more. I compared it to my multivitamin and realized this one was different because it has antioxidant vitamins and minerals. It did help my healing, and my dentist was happy with my recovery. He recommended I continue taking it at half the dose. I may do it since I feel it provides better energy levels during the day and helps rest in the evening better than other multivitamins.

UPDATE 12/30/2024: My Implant surgeon (a dentist, who I've decided I like) did not recommend this when I asked in October (I asked about it in general, because I forgot to bring the bottle to the visit) and he said I could take what I wanted _after_ surgery. So... it is after the surgery now and I am taking it and I cannot tell any difference, but I BELIEVE it is helping. I am also going to start (now it is 2 weeks after implant surgery!) to shine a red light on the outside skin of my face/jaw where the Implant was done. (Why NOT hope that the infra-red light helps too? I'm OLD after all!) One thing to mention: I was taking 2 capsules THREE times a day for 5 days, because I misremembered what I'd read in the directions. Until I read the directions again -- and now, I am taking it 2 times a day. I guess I am a mess. but I am a happy mess, and I think I am improving as well. When I was taking too much of it, it changed the way things tasted. I couldn't detect a salty taste in my foods, and it decreased my enjoyment of eating. (WOW, That was a first!) At just 4 capsules a day, my mouth-taste is coming back.ORIGINAL Feb14, 2024 review: Once I got the box, I saw that "no additional vitamin, minerals or herbal supplements should be taken" while I would use only these pills for 4 to 8 weeks before surgery/procedure and then use this for 2 to 4 weeks afterward. That means this one jar is good for the short-time estimate and two jars would do it for the longer-term estimate. I just do not want to stop taking my mixed uses supplements (like Ocuvite and CoQ10 at my 300 mg level) so that I can take this balanced all-in-one supplement. But I am old, if I were in my 30s or 40s and not taking other morning meds, I would go for this! I love that it is made in the USA with non-GMO and all of that good stuff.
