EDIT: first time mom and I went into labor and delivered a beautiful healthy boy in less than 3 hours. Don’t skip on the tea.So still in my third trimester so hopefully I’ll remember to report back if this actually helped me in delivery etc but also we’ll see since I’ve heard newborn life is brutal. Regardless the value is great! You get 16 tea bags and it’s caffeine free. I was worried about taste since everyone told me Raspberry Tea tastes awful but I felt like this tea had more of a minty taste than anything else which isn’t a bad thing since I like mint tea better than fruit teas anyways!

If you like very light flavor tasting tea this is perfect for you. I like a strong flavor and this definitely did not have it but it had a good flavor.

Love this tea! Started drinking this at 32 weeks for two times a day and ended up going into labor at 38 weeks and was in labor for only 5-6 hours with my first baby.
