I got the product which is not damaged and is working perfectly. Build quality is average but performance is good. You need to hope that you get an undamaged product during delivery and then everything will be fine. Cooling is good but don't expect chill cooling.

The air throw is impressive, and the cooling is quite sufficient with the available water, as long as there's proper ventilation for fresh and cool air circulation.Since using this cooler, I've been sleeping well every night, which is a testament to its effectiveness. After researching many coolers, we believe we made an excellent choice with the Symphony 95XL.It's important to manage expectations; no cooler will cool an entire room completely, which is a common myth. However, this cooler provides effective cooling if placed within 4-10feet. While it does produce some noise, as all coolers do, it has three speed levels: low, medium, and high. We primarily use the low setting, which delivers good air throw without being too loud.Overall, the Symphony 95XL is a must-buy product and definitely worth the investment.

Amazing performance and very less noise on low mode. There is definitely some noise in high but it's less compared to other's in this price range, good for students too make sure you have good ventilation.Thanks.
