I’ve been using one for a few months with near daily use. Always lights, fuel lasting way longer than standard stick lighter, and it’s a major reduction in the waste stream. It does not have an adjustable flame. It reproduces what you get out of the Bic lighter which is not the one-inch flame some stick lighters can do. Always gets the job done. Really good, intelligently designed product. Five Stars for Sure.

They will require a few snaps when you load them and break in. The flame is not huge, but it gets the job done. After break in, hold the trigger down after the snap for a second or so, then click twice to start. It's better when you get used to it. Way better to pay a dollar for a reload small bic than paying six dollars for a long lighter....You can buy the bic 10 pack for about a 1.10 a lighter.

Like other reviews, you might need ignite the lighter a couple of times before it works. BUT I have a couple of Bic lighters that don't have any flint left to use as a regular light. This has its own ignition system (for better or for worse) which lets me use these lighters that would just be trash without it.edit: I found that squeezing the trigger just enough to let the gas flow through the neck of the lighter before igniting/clicking helps ignite the lighter on the first attempt rather than trying to ignite the lighter quickly by squeezing the trigger hard.

Takes many trigger pulls to start, and when it does the flame is very weak.THEY ARE NON-REUTRNABLE ON AMAZON PRIME!Very Frustrating...

Flame is not adjustable. It is not the easiest to get lit. For the price I wish I had ordered a rechargeable plasma lighter

Grill lighters and candle lighters are so expensive these days i mean 5-7 bucks each so i got these was nervous it wasn't gonna work as good but no I was wrong its exactly the same and the lighters are replaceable by just switching out a little bit lighter which saves tons of money give it a shot you'll be happy
