I bought this to keep track of my travels and I fell in love with it when I got it in September. Great packaging and nice accessories came with it for scratching, it was super fun scratching all the states I've been to and they scratched off easily. However, after literally 2 months I visited a new state and it won't scratch off. I even tried to scratch a couple different states but it just won't work. I even tried using a coin and I ended up ruining parts of the state and it didn't fully get off. Very disappointed. I guess I'll have to find a different brand with hopefully better quality.

Updated: After reading my previous review (below) this company fully refunded my money and sent a replacement, they certainly did not have to do that but I really appreciate it and their customer service is out of this world. Very, very impressed. I will be buying more from them for sure. A+. Also, my replacement is perfect 😁 I will definitely be able to frame it as mentioned in my previous review.I love this idea, the watercolor underneath is stunning! I was pretty dissapointed that some parts of the map wouldn't scratch off So I don't think I'll frame it bc of that. It comes with a really nice scratcher and magnifying glass that were helpful. 🤔😣

I don’t get a scratcher with it. Tried to use a coin and it just doesn’t rub off well. It feels like you will scratch right through it. I’m pretty disappointed to be honest.

No, my wife wasn't psyched out of her mind when she first opened this. You should know that up front - don't expect a massive, flying smooch out of this one. But, then you explain it a little. She gets to scratch up every state that we visit. And it's my goal to have her scratch off the entire map, which means we'll start traveling more. When you pitch it like that, this becomes a far more awesome gift!

I loved it when I received it. I scratched off California when I bought it and today I tried scratching Nevada and Oregon and I’m ruining it more than getting the layer off. I’m not sure if it dried out or something but it won’t scratch off. It has only been on my wall for 2 months... kind of defeats the purpose since I can’t scratch off a new state I’ve visited.

I've heard of these scratch off maps for a while but now that I'm about to venture off into travel nursing I thought it was time to purchase one! This watercolor one immediately caught my eye and I had to buy it. And it is gorgeous! A nice touch is learning that it is a family business and they truly care about their customers and products.The map came with a scratch tool, eraser, stickers and magnifier and was packaged really cute. Perfect for yourself or a gift! Definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely love this! Expect I didnt get the carving tool in my box. The company emailed me to see if I liked my product and got everything, when I told them I didnt get my carving tool they sent a few one the same day I communicated with them. They are unbelievably helpful and all about customer service, which is a huge plus to me! But as of the product, I absolutely love it!! The colors are beautiful and vibrant in all the states I've scratched so far. It can easily be scratched with coins or just your nails if you misplace your tool. I got one for my best friend too as shes startin to travel more. So it's a great gift!! I would 100% recommend this company and his product.

I really like this poster! It's a cool, easy way to see where you've traveled and inspires me to plan future trips. My only qualm is that the lines don't perfectly match up. When you scratch off a state, some of the next state is under the scratch-off for the state you're aiming for. It's not horribly noticeable, but if you're the type to like things "a certain way" then it can be kinda annoying.
