Q: Would you be able to install this on the utility side of a pup (pop-up camper)??

Don't think so. This particular unit fits in a cutout hole in the side of the camper.

Q: Can you turn the water flow completely off with the water saving switch on the shower head?

No. The switch of the handheld shower is not completely water-stop, in order to prevent the user from forgetting to turn off the faucet switch.

Q: Can you connect a garden hose to it to supply water?

Thanks for your question. The connections of this shower are G 1/2, but the connection of garden hose is G 3/4, so you must have an adaptor.

Q: Is the door easy enough to remove? I don’t need to use the door as my trailer already has a door to close. Just need the inside parts.
