Mini Fridge

I've been using this in my bedroom, and it’s been an absolute delight! This compact fridge fits perfectly in the corner of my room without taking up too much space. It’s super convenient for keeping my favourite drinks and even skincare products within easy reach. The sleek and modern design blends seamlessly with my bedroom decor, and the capacity is just right for personal use.

I bought this refriator exactly 2 months back on the 1st June and today I am writing a horrible experience which I went through Rockwell. When I received my product it was not working and we connected the customer service for this problem they send a mechanic and he came saw the product did some work and went away, then we started the refrigerator still it is not working from 6th of June we are trying to contact the customer service but they are not receiving our call. When we are messaging they are not responding to that. After 1 month I dropped and email to there team and after that they send another person to look what is the problem with the refrigerator, that person came and saw the product and he informed us that one wire is having a leakage and that needs to get replaced but currently we do not have any availability of this material, it is not in stock. and it has been 2 months now we are not able to use the refrigerator. Their customer service is horrible. I couldn't have imagined that it would be so bad, after contacting them they are not responding.

I am writing this after over a year plus of continuous usage. While the ROCKWELL 48L Mini Fridge is a powerhouse in cooling, there are two major areas where the company needs to improve the user experience. The Good (After 1 + Year): Consistent Cooling: The Direct Cool technology is very effective. Even after a year, it chills drinks and food items rapidly. Durability: The compressor and overall build have been reliable so far. The Critical Flaws: 1. Poor Drainage Design: There is no water-holding tray provided at the back of the fridge. This causes water to leak down very badly during defrosting. Often, the water runs out from the front of the door as well. This is a mess to clean up and something the company should have figured out. 2. No Internal Lighting: The fridge lacks an internal bulb. I find myself having to turn on the main room light every single time I want to find something inside. Adding a small internal light or even a battery-operated sensor light would make a world of difference for ease of use. Final Verdict: The cooling is 5/5, but the convenience and design are 3/5. If Rockwell fixes the drainage and adds a basic light, this would be the best mini-fridge on the market. For now, be prepared for some manual water management and keep a torch handy!

Fridge arrived in good condition. took lot of time for delivery. Fridge works very well gets cool makes ice cubes. Overall good Fridge for 2 people.

The one to keep water bottles is not strong enough to carry a bottle just you kept a small wire Refrigerator s ice part is full of ice with in 2 days. It is not getting cleared The one chamber above the bottle tray is also became waste

No service after sales, not working after a week. More than month no one turned up. Don’t go on this product.
