Mattress pad is pretty stiff. It heats up pretty well. It can get kind of hot. The time setting feature is nice. I would recommend.

Love it! But does not fit real good on thick mattresses. But I have not had to turn on the heater at all at night! Just turn it on to 5 and I sleep warm and cozy the whole night! Saves a lot of money on energy costs! I recommend it to everyone!.

This replaced an old heated mattress pad. I like this much better. Heats all the way too both ends. No cold spots.

First a little info.. Not in the United States at time of purchase, doing volunteer work out of country. Gets in the low forties high thirties at night, cold north wind, no heat in the house.I don't think Amazon would publish the actual words to express my opinion.Shipping cost to this location was in the $40.00 USD range. THIS PRODUCT LASTED THREE DAYS, on one side controls light up but the mattress pad does not heat.If I could rate this lower than one star I would. Probably been better off just throwing money in the river.Too much trouble and money to return from out of country.

The warmth this pad provides is so soothing! Being able to warm up the bed before bedtime is so luxurious! The 100% cotton means no annoying static shocks.

Can't figure out how you put a fitted sheet on the bed with the controls where they are. The cords are too short to work with a thick mattress, which most mattress are now days. Any one have a solution for this when the cords are short?
