There should be installation instructions with the case. It looks like you should remove the rubber inner protector and install it on the phone and then install the phone and inner liner into the hard shell case. that procedure doesn't work. once you just slide the phone in the assembled case it will fit. VERY good protection for an expensive phone. Love Otter Box phone cases

The case offers great protection.The texture and button accessibility is good.The reason i am giving it a 4 star is because since i received the case. The flap that covers the charging port never fully sealed for me, it always popped up. Other than that awesome case for my s24 ultra.

Works great screen still cracks but I think it’s the design of the phone. Or maybe it’s how ruff my husband is on his phone. But he has no complaints
