Great little kitchen tool!
This is the perfect torch for use in the kitchen. Small and fits nicely in your hand. Bought it for one purpose and that was to make the delicious crust for my creme brulee. So much easier than having to watch it in the broiler.

It said on the box that recipes were included but there were no recipes included! Would have liked to see the recipes.

nice set
This is a nice set, but I think the torch is hard to refill. It seems to be defected. I do like the thinner rammekins for the creme brulee.
