Absolutely! Most USA pastas don’t use heat germ. Wheat germ is the heart of the grain of wheat, rich in flavor and nourishing active ingredients. The wheat germ contains vitamins A, D, and E and also provides a wonderful aroma while cooking.

This is my second Amazon order since returning from Tuscany recently. These are so different from any other pasta, are hand rolled and dried slowly. Only made in Tuscany.
