This coffee table has an electric cord that needs to be plugged in. It should be rechargeable. It was necessary to lay a cord protector on the floor to prevent tripping

Easy to assemble follow all the instructions and it should be fine took around an hour and a half to assemble with a drill to install the drawers might need a screwdriver. Batteries are not included & have to get the batteries yourself I love it!! Batteries do die off fast.

Light up coffee table
I love this coffee table. It lights up under the top. It has two storage drawers that are very useful. You don’t have to worry about water marks because the top is coated. I highly recommend this coffee table!
