The media could not be loaded. This camera system is fantastic. Easy to mount on the motorcycle, great quality, waterproof, great video quality front and rear. The emergency video feature is great too. I am very happy with this purchase. The installation process was both easy and fun. Very nice camera with overall great build quality. Quite easy to operate, plenty of video cables, amazing results, super stable image and video, this camera system is 5 star and worth every penny. Plenty of storage space and great value for money. The camera is compact and has great night vision to capture a wide range of events with clear video from both front and rear cameras. I am able to see road signs and license plates at a reasonable distance. Great value for money and well worth the investment in the device, would highly recommend this purchase to a close friend!

Missing parts needed for installation. I needed to go to the hardware store to get parts to work. They may have changed the way the cams attach, but they didn't change the instructions to match the part. Customer service is mediocre. They have a chat, but they only answer it once per day. The cams themselves seem good, if a bit pricey.EDIT: Finally got what I needed from customer service. They actually made changes to how they do their products. Changed review from 3 to 4 stars due to finally getting the parts I needed.EDIT 2: I followed up 6 days later to find out if the mount shipped. The support person in chat didn't know what I was talking about. I asked them to read the chat I already had, and in their response, it was clear they did not go back and read the chat. Terrible customer service. 1 star product. Good if it works or if they send the proper parts, but their customer service stinks. If you take a look at the pic of my instructions, the kit is missing both mounts B and C. They were supposed to send the one I needed (C). Now I either have to return to Amazon, rig up something to make it work, or start at the beginning with customer service for the company to get the proper part. I've already wasted a few hours dealing with them via email/chat.

I bought this camera after searching for a reliable one for some time. High quality components and small packaging make installation easy on just about any motorcycle. I love that there is no screen to mount. Your phone gives you easy access to the system. Auto start record with engine start means you never forget to turn it on. Videos recorded at night are impressive and traffic light color comes alive. The recorded videos on my car's dashcam couldn't pick up the right color at night but no such problem with the INNOVV RC6. I liked it so much, I bought one for my daughter's motorcycle too.

Installation video looks like a 2-hour project. I am in my 16th hour and still no picture.Instruction manual is vague. Customer service is by email only and is inept.Requires a micro-SD card with a speed rating greater than U3 which I could not locate and is not included.If the system would work, it is a great add-on with the blind spot indicators. It is pricy and has a phone app that is required to see the cameras, but the app only has a 1.2-star rating.I have repacked it for return but may do an exchange to see if this unit is defective.

The media could not be loaded. For all of us who like speed, competing and traveling on motorcycles, this is a magnificent tool. It has an excellent 360 camera with extreme quality. You can capture your stunts, your moments, competitions and beautiful places that you have visited. It is truly very nice to have this tool, as important as your mobile phone. It would be of vital help in case of an accident. It would be a new accessory in your vehicle that you cannot do without, it will be a unique experience for you.

I like the idea. My motorcycle has little room under the seat to mount the "normal" motorcycle "dash" cam, so having the DVR portion included in the front camera is a nice idea. Simply mount it and string the wires to the rear camera and you're done.And that's the issue for me. The mounts they included in my opinion are worthless. Their instructions showed the mounts, but they don't include them. To me, that's unacceptable for a camera this expensive. Even the cheap Chinese cameras on Amazon have thought out the mounting system better.' So after spending a lot of money on a camera...I had to spend more money to buy some proper mounts.They also went cheap in my opinion on the screws used to hold the front camera together. They are the flat tip screwdriver type that your screwdriver will slip from repeatedly as you're trying to unscrew the camera or put it back together again. If you're asking yourself why that would be important, consider this. One of the reasons for buying this camera is the high quality video you get from the front camera. There are two ways to review that video. One through the smart phone app which takes forever to download video through, or to remove the SD card. By far, removing the SD card is the fastest. Now my front camera is mounted below the headlights where it has an unobstructed view of the road ahead. Try removing those tiny screws in the rain. I have.The camera itself seems fine. But it is the little details that don't seem well thought out.

To complicated to set up on Harley road glide. It is not a bad camera just not enough instruction on install. Brackets seem to not fit anywhere. More for a speed bine than cruiser.

I ride during the day and at night and the video quality is excellent, the hardware looks high quality, the front and rear cameras have a great view, and I can enjoy my rides with the car recorder. Excellent support experience, coupled with excellent product quality, I am very happy with this purchase and recommend this product.
