I wanted to have something not bulky so that I can wear inside my shirt or jacket to go outside. This is it. Much thinner that traditional back brace but still has decent amount of support. I'm glad I purchased this item.

Gives your lower back a little comfort and support, but still be careful. It's not enough support to be bending and lifting a lot of heavy things.

This is a great product. It's exactly what I've been searching for. I've been looking for a quality brace for years! It provides comfortable cushioning support around the lumbar area but the flexibility stays making it surprisingly rigid so it keeps my back in alignment without feeling like a strait jacket. I feel like this brace is both supportive but at the same time flexible in that it helps me move with more confidence. It doesn't bunch up, like a lot of the other braces on Amazon. Good quality fabric and super easy to put on and take off. I love this brace and would recommend this to anyone with back issues wishing to stay active.

When I remember to wear it, it helps. This item is not a really strong or binding brace. Helps a bit when doing household chores or standing for long periods of time.

Great Back Support. I have had back surgery for Spinal Stenosis and have lower back lumbar mechanical pain.This brace/support works well, very well made.Fits as expected.The ridges give extra support.Was able to wear for 4-5 hours at a time with no noticeable issues.Back pain seemed to disappear, this is going to be a daily regiment from now on.I am really glad I got this Lumbar Brace.

What a life saver this back support is!! I wear it when I know I’m going to be on my feet a lot and what a difference it makes. Yesterday I wore it to a yoga class and a regular exercise class and it gave me great support . It’s so lightweight and comfortable I honestly forget I’m wearing it. I would definitely recommend this.

Not tight enough. Doesn't feel very supportive.

I bought this brace to use on the golf course. I already have another brace that works very well but it is a little bulky and I have to go up a pants size to wear. The Undercover Brace works just about as good for my golfers back but is not as bulky as my other brace. Good purchase
