Just what I required
Use crutches due to osteoarthritis in my left knee and hip. These crutches are well made, comfortable and I don’t get any jarring thanks to the flexi foot feature.Handles are comfier to grip and hold compared to other standard crutches.Easy to adjust to correct height and overall look really good.

Great crutch!
This is a great crutch! The flexyfoot makes for stable and comfortable walking. You can also adjust the arm support which is such a good idea. I love the pink colour and get quite a few remarks about it. I bit expensive but definitely worth the money.

So I was pleased to find these
I only use one crutch so I found it difficult to find all black crutches without the grooved hand grips - shaped for left and right hand - which means for every pair I buy I only get to use one of them. So I was pleased to find these. Don't understand the BRIGHT orange piece at the end - and are the reflectors - front and back really necessary ! ! - if I'm looking for ALL black then that's what I would like to get. Strong sturdy product - well made and I would definitely buy again.

Pink crutches
My pink crutches arrived today, which I was most pleasantly surprised about ,as even ordering it on prime...I didn't expect to get it till the end of the week.As you can see ,I've pimped mine up with kuromi stickers as I like to stand out lol .I have fibromyalgia and have used open topped crutches since 2015..these and way superior to them,I am very very impressed and can't wait to use them this afternoon.Yeah they are heavier ,but that's good ,they're not gonna break the first time I use them...my last pair had the soft rubber handles that people mention and in the really hot weather last summer they melted and went all mooshy and sticky ...so these ones feel just perfect. Having been dependant on crutches and sticks since my diagnosis,I can say I would definitely recommend these and the company..first class 💜

Instruction on how to adjust - Crutches are okay
I ordered these yesterday and delivery was going to be in 3 days, but they turned up today - next day so that is amazing, I can use them straight away. Shame no instructions how to put together - I am new to this so would have been helpful - Here is how I did it, the stick with one hole slots into the one with lots of holes line them up - you will need to remove the bracket as shown in my picture above & it is stiff but does come off, then move the inner stick to desired length and align holes - push the bracket back in - my advice is to do this on one crutch first so you can see on the other one how the bracket was originally assembled before moving on to the next - if that makes sense( the crutches come in two pieces you put them together - they are identical no left and right crutch in pair both are the same with the manufacturer stamp on the left on both - this is how they are suppose to be). One of the brackets on mine does not fully close (*Please see update below) in so the pin does not come out of hole properly, see photo, I even tried with a soft mallet to tap this in but to no avail (time will tell if this means it is not fit for purpose seems to be supporting at moment)The other one is fine. As I have an injured knee I can not return that one to sender plus need the crutches to get about. The black design is simple and much nicer visually than the NHS ones and the foots do absorb better on ground - hard floor indoors - I am yet to try outside - when I do, will send update. The handle is not much different to the NHS ones to be fair maybe slightly softer. I looked at many crutches, these seemed by far the best, the NHS ones lent to me by friend, hurt my wrist and forearms after just a few days, hopefully these will be better. In regards to weight these have the same weight as the NHS ones but others may have a different view on this. I am 5 foot 5 inches about 9 and half stone - placed pin in second hole from top - was unable to adjust the forearm section above as was already on the smallest length slot, my elbow (Wrist to elbow 22 cm length) kisses just above arm bracket so hopefully will not rub, if your length is more then your elbow will bang right on the bracket. Hope review helps.UPDATE: Okay so to my amazement this morning there was a package with another set of crutches from the seller - they did not message just sent me a new set where both pins go okay in crutch (such relief) Wow what a service - I can honestly say I cannot believe they have done this, I will in due course be contacting seller to see if they want the faulty one returned, I can't get about very well at moment but will see if they can get a pick up from my home. Also I have been outside on the concert ground in the rain, and another wow here, these do not slip, plus it is like I am using them on a carpet so much better on wrist and elbows. Thank you to the seller and maker of crutches. Would recommend.

Love it
I have been using mine for over a week now. It has helped a lot with my shoulder pain. The old forearm crutches I used, put so much pressure on my shoulders. The shock absorber in these has helped reduce that stress and pain. I was a little concerned about stability in the beginning, but I am not anymore. I feel more comfortable with this crutch walking than I have in the past 10 years. My only hiccup to this is, I thought it was a pair. But the company contacted me before shipping to ask if I knew this. I didn't, but them reaching out to me to make sure I did understand that goes a long way in my book. Most of the time I only use one, but there are times I need two. Just ordered my second one today. I highly recommend this crutch.
