does it have volume control ?

I just opened it and its already a terrible purchase. I'm following all the instructions but the mouse red light isn't even turning on (with new different batteries) and the keyboards red light is turning on but not pairing. How do I return and refund this terrible purchase?

Can I please have the email to send my keyboard back for a new one?

Previous photos and buyers noticed that the keyboard had duplicate keys in the lower right instead of the < and > keys. Has this changed?
