Easy to install, works like stock, great price and well built i have not had any problems with it in the past few months and dont times I will in the future I highly recommend you go with this over the other ones available also it shipped and arrived before the due date give them a try i dont think you will be disappointed.

I used this to replace the door lock actuator on the front passenger side of my 08 silverado as the old one was failing to detect that the door was closed. It fit and works perfectly, can definitely feel a better difference in closing, opening, and snuggness of holding the door shut. Important - make sure to keep your old pull wire as this does not come with one.

Great replacement for my 2008 Silverado HD that the door lock/unlock function stopped working. Unfortunately, I've noticed that these aftermarket actuators don't last as long as factory originals. (replaced this one before about 4 years ago with an aftermarket one) But for the price, you can't go wrong! One thing after you've installed it, make sure the door catch lever on the actuator is in the right position before you shut the door. I will update as time goes by to see how long this one lasts.

Not recommend from my personal experience. I installed it in a 2008 GMC Sierra and it never latched correctly, even after adjustment attempts. I then also replaced the latch bolt with an OEM GM part and this door latch still wouldn't work. Finally, I replaced this door latch with an OEM GM part and the OEM GM door latch worked perfect on the first try after replacement. This door latch was a waste of money and time for me. The price was cheap but not when it doesn't work properly.

They sent me the product, I installed it, and it was defective... Although I contacted Amazon n they assisted with replacing it and the next one has worked just fine...
