I've got a nice USB Xbox One controller that I like to use on my PC. With this adapter I can use it on my PS2 as well! I don't have a wireless controller, so I can't speak on that function, but the wired connection is perfect.

I love this thing, should have bought it sooner. I bought a used PS2 controller first, and while it worked, it was clearly worn down and wasn't very pleasant to use. They're probably all like that by now. I ordered this, and a PS4 controller to use instead, and this arrived first. I decided to test it using a wired USB controller I had on hand, not expecting much since the controller I had (A GameSir T3 Lite) was not listed as compatible on the Brooks website. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the controller worked perfectly, I just plugged it in and it worked. I didn't have to do any configuration or anything. A few days later, my PS4 controller arrived and I tested that one too. I just connected it with a USB cable like it says in the instructions, then unplugged it and turned the controller on. That one worked perfectly too. This thing has made my PS2 gaming experience way better, I should have bought this immediately after getting my PS2. Highly recommend.

The controller works as advertised on the ps2, all buttons work but in the PC side (via USB), the ps button (mode button) does not work. The device stays blue, does not turn white while connected to the PC, only on PS2, so you can't use all it's functions on the pc side.. Firmware issue? If it is then it can be remedied. It does this on any controller at this point, official ps3 controller, official Xbox 360 controller. Otherwise it's a great value to relive that ps2 nostalgia, while not dealing with wire limitations. There is a bit of lag but not impacting gameplay, I originally thought it would work with the 360 controller without the dongle, but that was wishful thinking. As for how it's made, it can be very durable for the long haul.

I'm using this with a DualSense 5 controller on a PS2. You just plug it into the PS2, pair the controller, and then everything just works. I haven't had any issues. There is a slight touch of input delay, but it is barely noticeable and isn't enough to be a bother.

Es una pasada jugar ps1 y ps2 con mando de ps5. Los mandos para switch también los reconoce, pero como es normal los 4 botones están movidos y se hace raro para PlayStation. Si le añades un adaptador para USB tipo logic3 también puedes usarlo en ps3, así que cubres un montón de posibilidades. Con este último método también puedes usarlo en pc si no dispones de bluetooth (también lo uso para un pc antiguo con emuladores)

Langversion: ich habe nun mehrere Monate den Converter benutzt und ich muss gestehen ich habe nicht erwartet, dass dieser derart gut funktioniert. Keine Verbindungsprobleme weder mit der Konsole noch mit dem PS5 Controller. Keine gefährliche Wärmebildung (eher nahezu keine. Selbst die Playstation wurde wärme als der Converter lol). Es fehlt lediglich ein manuelles Handbuch (oldschool ist besser). Ich hatte keine Lust alle Funktionen auf deren Website durchzulesen. Es hat bei mir auch lange gedauert, bis ich festgestellt habe, dass meine vorliegenden Verbindungsprobleme aufgrund mangelnder Controllerbatterie hervorgerufen wurden. Im groben und ganzen trotzdem super Produkt! Ermöglicht es die geilsten PS2 games mit vernünftigen (oder überhaupt mit modernen) Controllern zu spielen
