But I wasn't familiar with "C60" so I was interested in this supplement."C60" stands for "Carbon 60," and it's an anti-oxidant that's not found in foods. In fact, it's created in a lab. It's comprised of 60 carbon molecules, hence the "60." It doesn't dissolve in water, which is why it's combined in supplements with an oil carrier.Although C60 has been around since the 1980s, not many studies have been done yet to determine its overall safety or efficacy. And what I did find (a study with mice in 2021) wasn't overwhelmingly positive.The capsules have a slightly more reddish appearance than the EVOO in my kitchen cupboard. I experienced no noticeable side effects from taking it (either positive or negative), but I'm also not taking the full dose of 3 capsules every day. So I personally don't know the answer to "how is this different than taking a tablespoonful of olive oil every day?"There's no aftertaste nor significant odor.I suggest you do your own research on this supplement, and determine if it might be right for you.

I have been seeing this C60 oil popping up all over YouTube all of the sudden. Maybe I just didn't benefit from them, or maybe I already have plenty of olive oil in my diet (being part Italian and cooking often; that may be the case). I took these for a month and didn't really notice any major differences in my day-to-day activities/how I felt.

I have been taking this for over a couple of weeks now. 2 in the morning and 2 in the late afternoon.Surprisingly I enjoy these. A lot of supplements are not good and have a weird after taste or cause nausea. These do not do that and are easy to take.I can smell the coconut in the jar or on the capsules (obviously these are coconut oil so not surprising) and smells lovely and fresh. The jar was sealed well too.As for an noticable results, it's hard to know at this point. Especially energy wise since it is supposed to be taken daily with results showing after 30 days.For those unaware of what C60 is, this is not regular coconut oil that is readily available at the shops. C60 is not naturally found in any foods so just eating teaspoons of coconut oil or olive oil is not the same. The fact this is C60 oil is why it is pricier. The cost is very comparable to other brands.The quality is great and I love the fact these are made in the UK (my home country), and not where more and more supplements are being produced (no names on where). I trust this more because of that. When it comes to C60, it is strongly recommended to go with a good, high quality brand.I believe this is a very beneficial and promising supplement, especially for aging related issues. Something we'll most likely see more of in the future.
