I have a really bad back problem n just found out my surgeon wants to do surgery .I've been through about 4 heating pads bc I constantly use.Thuw one I love bc it vibrates n gives the heat I need.I highly recommend this item If it helps my sever back issue then it will help any muscle or ache u have .Plus feels good.Its a must to have in ur home to use when u need relief..

Original: My mother had something like this from Amazon and hers was amazing, this isn't. Does what is says but vibration pads are 2 far apart and cant lay on both of them at the same time and im a big guy. Lastly the pads dont have enough vibration to be very useful. Update: customer service was open to feedback and seemed genuine in caring about my concerns. Improved rating because of customer service. I hope in the future the product will be 5 of 5.

I bought this for my husband because he has back problems right now that he’s dealing with. The massaging is great and he said the heat is absolutely wonderful. It heats up really hot. With highly recommend.

The massage nodules hurt the back because of their shape. The pad is not heavy enough to use on its own so one has to lean against it.I do appreciate the synchronization of the nodules though. They pulse at different intervals and it really does feel like a massage.

So I bought this as a truck driver hoping this could provide some much needed relief after a long day however the vibrations are mid at most no matter if you are laying on it or if it’s on top you.nowmy biggest reason for returning is i fear this is a fire risk the controller was extremely hot to the touch after only 5 minutes
