I bought these to help sooth eye pain that I suffer from, related to multiple sclerosis. They arrived on time and were packaged very nicely, with a cute little card from the seller, with warrantee information, instructions, and a strong zipper bag for cooling without getting stinky smells from your freezeror refrigerator. You can tell that the company selling this takes a lot of pride in their product, and I hope to make more purchases from them in the future. I love this eye mask!! It is so soft and squishy, with just the right amount of pressure, with the adjustable elastic band. They are great for my eye pain and for headaches. It's so soothing I don't want to take it off! I just slide it up on my forehead when I'm not using it on the eyes. And with the cute color(rose gold) no one really notices that I'm wearing something for medical reasons. It's comfortable enough that you can use it for sleep! This is going to be so useful for me, and I am so happy to have added it to my regimen collection!

It's not as puffy as the picture shows nor does it stay cold for more than ten mins with being in the freezer. If it had a middle section between the eyes to keep the gel even between them it would be better. Was expecting the gel to be more instead of constantly having to flatten to get it almost all the way even. Hate that the cold doesn't last more than ten mins either.

Absolutely love this mask!!! After 2 hours in the freezer it was ready to go and still reasonably pliable. Wore it in bed for a couple of hours before it warmed to body temp. I get migraines and will def be using this when they happen. Used it overnight to sleep in and it’s my new favorite thing! Very dark and soft against my face without being too thin and letting light in.

I used this after upper eyelid surgery. It has just the right amount of gel. It also comes with a nice plastic zip bag. I ended up buying two of these. I kept in freezer. After about an hour or two I could go get another cold frozen one and put another in the freezer. It gives good coverage and it is comfortable since it has a velcro strap on back. I have also used warm by carefully warming in microwave. These are also great when eyes are just tired and you have a headache.A must if having eyelid surgery.

Blacks everything completely out, but I wish there was less pressure on my eyeballs. The first time I froze it I didn't lay it completely flat and I ended up not wearing it because it was uncomfortable. There are no recesses for your eyes, it is just a free floating gel pack. I learned to only chill it for an hour or so, so I could mold it to not put pressure on my eyes.

Leak! I bought this on 02-27-21, use once a week. I thought it was doing a good job until I woke up with contents leaking out! I had the sequins all over me and am still picking them off me. Leaked 2 nights ago.

Love that you can heat it up or have it cool, but once it gets back to room temperature, it’s SO WARM. I didn’t know your eyes could sweat, but I’m pretty sure this mask makes them sweat. It slides around a lot too, which sucks when I have a migraine because once light peaks in I wake up. I kept it because I don’t have another at the moment and it’s better than nothing, but I wouldn’t recommend it for sleep, maybe just a temporary hot/cold pack for your eyes.

This thing is absolutely amazing. I use it whenever I get a migraine. I had to purchase a second one so I can switch them out when the first one warms up. They both stay in my freezer at all times. I've always had migraines, but they've intensified since I got pregnant and this has literally been a life saver.

Alors perso, je l’ai renvoyé car j’avais besoin de poids sur mes yeux pour calmer ma tension oculaire !MAIS, si vous souhaitez un masque léger avec ce type de caractéristique …FONCEZ, car il est vraiment très très joli !!!!

This is beautiful and high qualityI keep in the fridge for migraine and cluster headache relief. Will be buying spares when I have extra money.They certainly work the magic. And when one side has warned back up I turn it round and the other side is still nice and cold to continue my pain relief.Highly recommended

The little bag to put it inside in the freezer is a great idea, so it doesn't get contaminated with food or germs, and so the material is protected from the ice.The mask is very soft on your eyes because of the velvety material inside, however it's useless as a cooling mask as the velvet insulates you so well that you get no use from the cold part. Turning it inside out is the only way to get the cold bit near your eyes but is unsafe when it's frozen as the cold will damage your skin and eyes so you have to wait for it to thaw slightly, at which point it doesn't stay cool long when you put it on.

I really enjoy the face mask but as many people mentioned it is quite temporary. I've tried cooling it, heating it and (even though its not advisable) freezing it. Honestly if you don't freeze it, it barely lasts 10 minutes.I suffer from excruciating tension headaches and migraines. I also used it when our heat broke and I needed something cool on my forehead while I worked.Highly recommend this product. The fabric is super soft. I'm not a fan of the look of the sequins, but who cares!
