Product is different from description and out of stock to replacement it's very bad

For the product to work properly on a car which has no rails , we need 8 straps. The product promises 6 straps but the actual delivery is of 4 straps.We don’t have option to buy extra straps anywhere. You will have to use additional ropes to make it work which makes it look very ugly.
