I bought two Tommy watches as gifts for friends abroad, and shockingly, neither of them ever worked. Completely dead out of the box. Now I’m stuck hunting for a Tommy service centre to fix brand-new watches—which defeats the whole purpose of gifting. Honestly, a huge letdown from a brand I expected better from. Never online again.
