To use in evening meals on a wet rainy night.full of fresh flavour and safe to eat knowing its made from organic healthy .great on toast or use as a sandwich filler for healthy alternatives.

Flavourful
Tasty but full of sugar. This is made by Mars the chocolate company under a different brand but about ad healthy as the rest of their products.
