Can i use this as an air duster for the interriror of my car ?

The blowing type feature is fine on this air compressor. Just use the raft inflation valve that comes with it. I use it to blow sand out of my beach bike gears after a ride. Works great!

How do you charge the battery?

Is there a trick to getting it to charge. I plugged it in an outlet and plugged other end in charger but it is not charging internal batteries. I have tried turning on to charge with charger off. What am I missing.

has anyone used it to air up the air bags on the back of a truck?

Yes...that is what I use it for. I have Firestone Ride Right bags and the inflator works easily to 50-75 lbs..
