My daily vitamin used to make me feel sick, but I suffered through it to be healthy. And yes, I now realize how weird that logic is. Not only do these chewy morsels taste good, they hit my stomach without making me want to barf, and the vitamins they deliver include the blast of Bs I need to boost my mood and energy. Instead of burning a hole in my stomach like my old vitamins, it looks like they’re full of prebiotics and probiotics which actually help my digestion. I think the biggest difference is that these vitamins and minerals come from REAL FOOD rather than synthetic powder compacted into rock-hard pills. They come packaged as little sticky lumps that aren’t pretty, but their soft chewiness is super satisfying with little bits of nuts and dried fruit. I actually feel better now than I did when I took a daily.

From recent purchase of this edible treat it was well worth waiting for and price. They are firm texture, not hard yet chewy, soft and crumbles nicely without crispy edges. The taste is not overpowering yet all the ingredients are evenly balanced....very scrumptiously delicious ! I can say it satiates my hunger as a treat, vitamin, and energy booster

Fragrant and long lasting..

I agree with other reviewers. These are really tasty and a fun way to take vitamins, but I’m not convinced they’re worth the price.

Wowsers. First day with Eat your Sleep. It really works! I love all of the different bites. Excellent product. Definitely recommend.

I'm updating this review to add my experience with this product. The first package I used was ok. But portions of the second package made me extremely sick, projectile vomiting, diarrhea, the whole works. I don't know what was in it, but clearly there's a quality control problem. They should not be able to sell this product. I hope Amazon reads this review and bans the seller.This is not a replacement for a daily multivitamin. It's missing key nutrients, like vitamins A, C, D3. Most of the vitamins it claims are a very small amount, or even 0% of daily recommended value. I gave it 3 stars because it does taste good, but eat it as a 35 calorie snack with your quality daily vitamins.

I love this product, especially since it is natural. I chew one in the morning & felt more energetic within the first week. The taste is very good too. Unless something changes, I will continue to use this product.

I must say I purchased a bag that only has seven vitamins in it and I’m on day three and I feel amazing. I was looking for a vitamin that will help my overall knees and so far so good so today I decided to order the pack they have 30 vitamins in it so I’ll come back after I’m finished with 25 days Just to see exactly how I feel but so far so good. I almost wish I could be a brand ambassador for this actual vitamin so if anyone from this company read the reviews, please reach out to me. I could talk to you on a more personal level and give you my experience as to why this is an excellent environment for me
