Came as advertised, and was super cute. The hair is really soft, and can be kinda hard to keep from unraveling, so hopefully you find a good way to tie it at the ends. The curls are super pretty, and it’s not hard to take care of as long as you keep up with it. Was dealing with braiding hair all over my apartment for a while lol, so be aware of that. I love this hair. I accidentally ordered too many and tried to cancel half the order. I have enough always now. I do not regret their decision to send them. Money well spent. I’m in love with the softness. It can tangle if you’re moving too fast or the hair falls, but it’s really nice. The silkiness when you’re braiding is very workable to beginners- intermediate braiders. I’ve actually gotten better since braiding with this hair.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hair I received in my recent order. When it first arrived, it appeared to be of great quality. However, after the first wash, it became clear that the hair is of extremely poor quality. It tangles completely and becomes unmanageable.As a result, I had no choice but to cut the hair and remove my braids, which caused me to lose all the time and money I invested — including the cost of the hair itself and the professional service from my hairdresser.This experience has been very disappointing, and I expected much better based on your product description. I kindly ask that you address this issue and let me know what solution you can offer — whether a refund, replacement, or other compensation.

My daughter got the hair for prom, and it was lovely.

This hair was beautiful but heavy. I purchased 2 sets of 8 packs and used almost all of it. 1 pack unused, so 15 packs. I like my hair full. It was very silky and didnt stay tight in my head. It did tangle eventually but it wasn't very bad, just annoying. I pulled the tangles out or a quick snip if I didnt want to comb. I washed the hair prior with a clarifying shampoo and moisturizer. Unsure if I would repurchase as I loved the this look but the silky hair slipped and out too much.

A lot of hair in the pack. So soft and silky to the touch, but u fortunately the person who braided my hair claimed it kept getting tangled during the braiding process. As for me, I noticed the tangling after 2 weeks. It felt light on my head, and did not shed.
