Good for basic computer needs.
This has been a good little computer for basic computer needs like watching videos, listening to music, sending emails, etc. Linux Ubuntu comes loaded and is awesome. No more incredibly annoying and unnecessary Microsoft updates.

Beware if you are not a computer geek.
I would not recommend this product unless you can program computers and input codes with this linux software. Now i have to find someone that specializes in this program to fix the problem with Bios/ boot devices not working properly.

Good price, Excellent Performance
Seems I've seen small solid state computers with the same performance features for up to four hundred dollars, this one was a fraction of that. Silent, fast, easy to set up and use. I'm very happy with it and have had no problems. Came with the Linux Ubuntu already installed which meets all my needs without the problems often encountered with Microsoft products. Fast web surfing with no lag or glitches. Very user friendly.

Surprisingly awesome
I've been using this as my home work computer now for a few weeks, and I'm very impressed. The BIOS was easy to rework, dual HDMI monitors are working flawlessly, and everything is plug and play, including my wireless keyboard and mouse. I downgraded to Ubuntu 22.05 for personal preference, and it boots up in less than 5 seconds from power on. I'm probably going to buy a couple more.

Fast and great
Great little computer. I've used Linux before and love the Ubuntu operating system.

Do not Purchase
This is the worst PC. There is no support, no documentation, and security policies installed that prevent you from doing a clean install.

200 computer. why not?
BOSGAME Mini PC, Intel 12th N100 (up to 3.4GHz) 16GB DDR4 RAM 512GB SSD, Mini Computers Windows 11 Pro Support 4K Triple Display/USB3.2/WiFi 5/2.5G LAN for Home/Officecomes with windows 11 pro. wow. but i hate windows 11 pro or otherwise. so thats a whole new level of things i have to learn because microsoft insists on moving the power button in every iteration of their os. why microsoft. leave the power button alone. there are also, some nonsensical elements of win 11 i will be eliminating asap. like news and weather and a personalized page. i have multiple computers they all service machinery or process of one sort or another. i do not need a computer that tells me the weather. i dont want that fluff. if you do, you are already a step ahead. so set up with this unit was a little more involved than the last minipc i got. the windows updates were not as straightforward. it kept getting stuck. i dont have an explanation for this, other than the updates were more complex than the prior setup i did on the other mini. i dont know. it may be that this one is not as quick, but i dont think thats it. it just wasnt easy. i kept having to turn it off becuase it felt like it was stuck. it didnt automatically go thru the process without intervention. anyway, i havent set up any software i am not sure exactly how i will be using this. i entertained the idea of using it as a live video platform. or alternatively a server. i am not sure yet. it has stock 16g ram and 512g nvme. it has the option to add a 3.5 drive. i am not sure if a hdd will work of it you need a lower profile ssd. its a thin slot. there is a sata cable with a very flimsy connector for the mother board. it is hard to get the plug into the motherboard. its small and doesnt have a back, it is 3mm tall, 2.5mm go in the hole then there are wires. so you have to pinch it very carefully to get it to seat properly. as i dont know how i am using this i dont know what will go there but i am not taking it back out. so there is a sata connector now. which is fine. not having any software installed because not sure of use case, i can say it wasnt slow or feeling limited in any way. cursor moved smoothly across the screen. the only rub was those updates just seemed to go in a little weird. but for 200 it almost feels like a rental price. i am sure it will be fine. it may be a server for plex if i ever decide how to transfer my dvd collection to hdd. the most amazing part is the size of this thing is the size of a ham sandwich. with 2 hdmi ports. wow.

Good machine but strange BIOS settings
Out of the box, it needed a system update -- no surprise. However, it locked up. During the boot process, it hangs and you have to press a key to get it moving again. So, I tried to re-install linux (using Mint) from a USB. To my surprise, the bios cannot be altered to change the boot order, The machine just hangs and tells me the hash # doesn't match. So, I guess it has good security. But now, I have a machine that has to be "nudged" at every boot. Not good. It is a fast machine and once running, it runs well. Can't seem to locate a web site that has real support for Bosgame.
