Recommended by the therapist for school. Cheaper versions, but wanted same as the therapist used. Daughter loved it.Teacher loved it. Daughter stays seated through class lessons now! Not sure if it's good or recommended for all kids. Good weight to it. Kid sits like as if on a water bed (air) with beans. Does not compress down, kid can kinda move slightly back and forth. My only negative is that when left at school some of her homework was on it. When school started after the weekend the ink printed onto the plastic. Tried to get off, but it was stamped on there good. Not a big deal. [Kinda like ink transfers that happen when papers stamped onto the pockets of my binders at school or in the office.] Would recommend to parents with kids who have attention or tactile/ core issues.

We purchased this for a classroom and it started to lose air after only about 1 month of use. We are hoping to get a new one but it didn't look like an exchange was an option.??

I use this is my autism classroom for seating to help the kids stay alert and focused instead of sagging, slowing down and drifting off. It's been an essential tool for us!

The core disk helps with the strengthening of the core. It also helps with sitting for longer periods as it allows for constant movement.

My asd son (5years old) uses this at school everyday. I got one for home as well.
