I held off a review so I could give a test over a bit of time , I have chronic pain syndrome amongst other things . This pad is a super soft material and quality pad and unlike some the wiring inside isn’t as chunky . The temp and timer settings are so simple and it helps me with cramps too and so I’m really happy and even thought it’s been hot lately I’ve needed to use it for alternating with a gel freezer pad and I can magnate on a level 2 or 3 to ease pain without sweltering . I will be buying one for a gift too . No issues with drop in temp

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use just plug it in and turn on. The heat and timer settings also easy to use. It's thin and so can be manipulated around the body. Itdelivers a good heat . Up until last week it was brilliant, this week it warms up then flashes like in the clip I have submitted then goes cold and you have to reset it.Spoke with Amazon, who will refund when I return. I have just reordered the exact same one. Hopefully it was a one-off as it's really good

This thing is brilliant. Heat control pad is well thought out. Gets warm quickly, cools down quickly, it has a timer so turns off after so long at each heat section. Quite often I've dropped off to sleep then woke up and realised it had gone off itself. Love that feature of it. It's soft against the skin and long enough to have fitted around my hip and front leg. The heat has at least 6 settings. Well worth every penny. Its really given me lots of comfort.

Found this ideal for my sore knee, takes seconds to heat up. Great buy.

Purchased: 29th September.Intermittently working from 8th October.Product lasted less than a week by the time it was delivered. Don't know if this was a faulty batch or what but really disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying. If I can get a refund I will. It started out by not heating as hot as it should, then it comes up with flashing lights for a "reset". I'm lucky if I get 20 minutes use from it now before it demands to be reset. Don't bother, buy elsewhere.
