I bought the MAONO Gaming USB Microphone for Christmas, and my son absolutely loves it. The setup was really simple plug and play with his PC, and it worked immediately. The sound quality is clear and crisp, making it perfect for gaming, streaming, or chatting with friends. The build feels solid and durable, and it looks great on his desk.

Great mic, it was easy to set up and it’s a lot clearer than my last microphone that was on a tripod taking up desk space and this does everything I want it to, very high quality for the price, the buttons on top are touch allowing you to easily mute and change the colours of the microphone. The cable is quite long so you shouldn’t have trouble moving it around your set up. I haven’t used the app that’s recommended for it as I use NVIDIA Broadcast so I can’t comment on that, but would recommend 100% very happy with my purchase.

*So far* it is a brilliant little device. Personally, I don't care for RGB features much, and I wouldn't put a default Noise Cancellation mode anywhere near my own set up, but the microphone itself is great quality (even without added filters), the boom arm is very adjustable and sturdy, the pop filter masks all plosives, and the shock mount absorbs a lot of juddering, preventing most movement noises. Impressive quality and functionality for the price you pay, and perfect for casual to semi-pro content. My only complaints are: 1. All the controls on top of the microphone are touch based instead of buttons, that are all close together, causing unintended presses. 2. The thumbscrew heads are too close to the springs that support the boom arm, meaning they snap against each other while turning, which will eventually break the springs. Other than those minor complaints, this is a great combo item, and for a fantastic price. Genuinely happy with it. Great job, Maono!

I got the Pink version of this for my wife and she adores it. There are a few issues that you can work around but nothing major. The first is the microphone itself, it has a USB port on the backside where it connects to the arm. It does mean that depending what side you initially turn the mic to, it won't be able to be turned the other way. For most gamers and streamers this won't be an issue but it's worth noting if you do plan on moving it more then 180 degrees left and right, that said it is standard USB-C so you can get a angled USB cable and just replace it and the problem would be solved. The next issue, is more of a preference, we ended up using Velcro straps to secure the USB cable to the arm, itself, and that stopped the sound of the cable being knocked from being added to sound recordings, but you can just use zip ties if you wanted; anything really just to stop the cable from moving and keeping it out of the way. Other than that, it sounds really good. We used the Nvidia broadcast studio and their own noise cancelling software (one click solution) and they both worked as good as each other, a lot better than discords default noise cancelling. On the base there is a rotating dial for mic gain, it works pretty well even for soft spoken people like my wife. The arm isn't overly long, so it's very easy to put away but we have it set up on the side of the desk rather than above or from the back. Your setup might need tweaking if you want the most from it like that. On top you have a couple of buttons, one for mute, one to change the RGB settings. You can cycle the colours by tapping the button, have it smooth cycle for you. It looks very good in low light settings. The mic does like to have sound from the front of it, and the pop filter works but isn't amazing. With the mic gain up, you can still hear some of them but for general chatting it's pretty good. It can be removed if you don't want it at all. Plug and play on Windows 11. Overall, super we're both very happy with it.

Good quality. No problems with installing. Mute button is great. Being able to monitor on jack connected headphones is fantastic. Bit plasticy but at this price its what you expect.

This microphone seriously surprised me. Setup was easy (plug in and go 🙌), and the sound quality is clear, crisp, and way more professional than I expected for the price. The boom arm makes positioning simple, and the noise cancellation helps cut down background sounds so voices come through clean — great for gaming, streaming, Discord, or recording. It also looks awesome on the desk, which is a bonus if you care about your setup vibe 😎. Solid build, good audio, and perfect for beginners or anyone upgrading from a basic headset mic. If you want better sound without spending a fortune, this is a great pick. Would definitely buy again 👍🎧

Edit: They replaced it without charging me anything and it works without issue. pretty often randomly mutes, changes color, had to remove one of the springs so it didn't automatically flip up into my monitor overall improvement to cheap headset mic but not a fan

Buena calidad de sonido, los botones son táctiles; botón silencio, modo reducción de ruido y botón rgb para cambiar los colores o apagar. aparte se puede modificar la ganancia gracias a la ruedecita inferior.
