4 Series Classic LS Plus

So , to start . The delivery was fast , efficient and on time as you would expect. The BBQ was packaged in a way that no damage could come to in in transit. When I started to unbox , right from the beginning I could tell that this product was made from quality material, and should last a long time. My last gas BBQ ( Webber ) became rusty and non efficient, even though I had looked after it with precision and so I decided on a different brand . I decided on the Campingaz four series due to friends feedback. They were not wrong !!!! The erection of the BBQ took approximately 1.30 hours for just myself. The instructions are crystal clear as long as you follow them to the letter. Once erected , the Campingaz Gas BBQ stands magnificently and looks and feels like a BBQ of a much higher price range. The build quality is sturdy and built to last. Once built I could not wait to try out. I invited 10 friends and family round and this beast of a machine took to the task like a knife through butter. Cooking all types of meat, fish and veg consistently and evenly. This BBQ can take with either Propane gas or Butane ( BUTANE BEING MY PREFERENCE ) snd quickly heats to a required temperature, which is visible through the large thermostat that is supplied. A final point and key to any good BBQ is the ability to easily clean after use. Again I was not disappointed . The protective aluminium panels come away easily, and are dishwasher safe. I would recommend to clean once the BBQ cools down rather than leave overnight ( dependant on the alcohol intake of course ) as its definitely the easier way to maintain. Another excellent feature this BBQ holds is its vast amount of storage being the elegant silver doors. Great to keep all cooking utensils etc etc. Manoeuvring the BBQ is also made easy for you , with 4 , not the usual 2 , easily attached wheels, with brakes. In summary, I do not believe there is a more visually attractive BBQ which delivers all the requirements you need ie quality, storage , ease of build and excellent cooking standards, on the market for this affordable price range. This was such a big choice for me that I scoured reviews for a week before buying it. I'm so glad that I did, it is excellent quality at a fraction of the price of anything 'better'. The BBQ is extremely well packaged, easy to build if you do a bit of DIY and designed so that you can strip it for cleaning in a dishwasher very easily. I went for this model which has the modular accessory system which was a great choice. The pizza stone in particular delivers the best pizzas that we have ever tasted and many of our guests have said the same, they are literally restaurant quality. We have BBQ'd more this year than any other that we can remember as this is so quick, easy to use, clean and efficient. The push button start is excellent and the 'oven' facility when you pull the lid down is excellent. The thermometer in the lid seems to be accurate and I could not be any happier with it. An easy 5 Star buy. You would have to spend an awful lot more money to get a better BBQ.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Solid, quality components definitely gives a solid well built feel to it. Removable panels look like a good idea to make cleaning easier. I haven't tried yet but the idea is that you can stick them in the dishwasher. Solid metal grill and hot plate seem better to cook with than the usual thin grids. Downsides: No hose or regulator - come on! Spending £400+ I'd expect that to be included. Every cheap BBQ I have ever bought has had hose and regulator. Pictures here show that you can hinge the left table flap up or down but this isn't quite true. The assembly instructions make it clear that you have to choose if you want it up or down and if you want it up you have to put screws in to hold it there. If you wanted to fold it down then you would have to lay underneath and remove the screws. My biggest problem is that it is very slow to cook food. The burners are further down than in any other gas BBQ I have owned and so even on highest setting (there isn't much difference in the flame between high and low incidentally) food takes longer than I am used to. Example: eight hot dogs took me 25 minutes to cook (on the grill part not the hot plate part). My last gas BBQ (cheap) probably took 15 mins to do the same dogs.

It took me quite some time finding the right BBQ as I was looking for easy to clean as well as 50% of the cooking space being solid. I choose this model because it has these and as a bonus was french instead of chinese (hopefully better quality). It arrived within a week and was very well packaged. Assembly was reasonable straight forward but right at the end I noticed 3 small screws missing and these screws where important. All 3 where needed to secure the side burner safely. I thought no problem phone customer service. How wrong I was. Customer service is via Coleman and they do not care one bit. I was told by coleman "as you bought it from Amazon contact them" that was the end of it. The BBQ looks and feels well made but do Campingaz know how rude and ignorant coleman is on their behalf? This BBQ was not cheap and I strongly recommend Campingaz to bring customer service in house as coleman do not care about it.

A quality product well made a solidly built. The only slight criticism is that it took a lot longer to build than advised by the seller This was mainly due to my having to open every box and search through them for the relevant part. That said once I had found the necessary screws bolts etc the instructions were straight forward. I built it on my own no real problem. Would recommend it cannot comment on its easy cleaning etc as so far I have not used it in anger! Waiting for summer Certainly looks the bees knees

Love this bbq, had it 4 years now, use 3 or 4 times a week. still works great. It is self assembly, very easy if you spread everything put first, took two people 5 hours .

Il prodotto arriva in una grossa e pesante scatola. Io ho proceduto nel seguente modo: preso il libretto delle istruzioni e psizionato su un tavolo, ho iniziato a sballare i vari cartoni interni per evidenziare il contenuto. Quindi, quando tutti erano aperti, ho iniziato passo passo a seguire le istruzioni di assemlaggio, munito di avvitatore, chiave a cricchetto per bussole intercambiabili e cacciavite di media dimensione a stella. In certe situazioni abbiamo proceduto in due, se non altro per agevolare il montaggio. Tempo totale per l'assemblaggio 2 ore e 15 minuti, senza considerare la fase iniziale di sballaggio succitata.Ho acquistato (e collegato) pure un regolatore di pressione della Campingaz e quindi completato l'allestimento. Il BBQ è robusto ma comunque mobile grazie alle ruote (attenzione che vanno a paio: due hanno i blocchi e due non ne hanno), a mio parere di buona fattura, con un elevato rapporto qualità prezzo. Adesso devo effettuare il vero collaudo e metterlo in funzione. Al momento, mi sento di consigliarlo.

Prodotto eccezionale preso anche in promozione qua su Amazon. Montaggio veloce e semplice se si è un attimo pratici, consiglio decisamente di avere a portata di mano avvitatore e chiavi serie. Gli utensili giusti dimezzano il lavoro. Usato già in 5 occasioni posso dire di essere estremamente soddisfatto. Molto robusto e stabile, ottimi i freni delle ruote. Potenza bruciatori decisamente sovradimensionata in quanto a mio parere basta usarne 2 su 4 al minimo per procedere ad una cottura ottimale ed omogenea della carne, diversamente il calore sarebbe troppo e si rischia di bruciare tutto. Ottime anche le griglie in ghisa modulabili che permettono cotture differenti. Pulizia: la vasca interna in alluminio composta da 6 parti cosi come le vaschette di raccolta si lavano agevolmente in lavastoviglie facilitando cosi il compito della pulizia finale. Consiglio personale, per fare ancora prima, mettere un foglio di stagnola su ognuna delle vaschette di raccolta grasso cosi si eviterà di pulire semplicemente buttando il foglio nel pattume.

Un problème de taille est que le branchement du gaz est pas une tétine ce qui est maintenant interdit et du coup l’adapteur n’est plus en vente. Il faut tourner dans les magasins pour trouver une solution. De plus il semble difficile de bien faire monter la températion à plus de 300° avec les 4 bruleurs et le couvercle fermé.
