Poor quality
Very disappointed with xech. Very sub standard product with very poor quality. Only looks good on our table. The sound from its earpiece hardly audible.

Ear set is in standard quality, microphone is below standard, outgoing voice is little difficult to hear to the other party. Feels from very far. Voice receiving in quality, volume poor. Need improvement.
