Expensive but work well for recipes
Seems to work well, but it is expensive.

Poor consistency of egg white powder.
No instruction how to use. . Did not whip up to stiff consistency.

Disappointed
I found it to be grainy and icing had a yellow tinge to it. Have not used it for meringues yet.
