The mat on this is very smooth and imitates a green quite well, using this regularly will help with your putting significantly as being able to gently putt the ball in the hole in this requires a bit of practice and skill. This then translates nicely to the course. It is well built and is of a high quality, the materials all seem robust and a good imitation of what you may find on the course. The return system is also very good, it has always returned the ball to me. Very effective and a great way to improve your game via this practice.

Ok for cost

Great Quality and Fun to Use Really happy with this putting mat. The length is just right for indoor use, and the surface is nice and smooth — the ball rolls well and feels realistic. The auto-return feature works surprisingly well and makes practice a lot more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a solid product and would make a great gift for anyone into golf.

Great little putting mat. I'd suggest to leave it unfurled for a day or so, ideally with a small weight at the far end to hold the tip of the mat down, and it will settle flat again after being packaged.. If placed on a hard floor, the little automatic ball return works ideally returning the ball right back to your feet. Texture of the artificial turf is quite good and the action of the ball on it is predictable and consistent. Great product at a great price.

This is a really nice putting mat that I use almost daily. I have it set up in my garage but since it rolls out easily, I could put it temporarily in almost any room in my house. The ball return works well so long as your surface is flat and fairly level (I tried it in the barn but the floor interfered with the return as the ball rolled off in different directions).

It’s good for the price but you have to basically iron the pad out to get it smooth. I wet it and laid it straight out with weights on it for a few days to get it to finally lay straight. The return is a cheap plastic return but that’s what I expect out of a ~$20 piece of equipment. It does work well for what it is.

This product does the job and it works which is why it's given the 4 stars but it feels a little flimsy and not as sturdy as I would prefer it.
