Great product does what it says. Breath is nice ans fresh and my teeth feels clean. Taste is not bad. It has some foam but not too much. Natural ingredients I'm not sure I can only go by the listing on the box.

It is pricey but it is definitely worth it. I get zero sensitivity (I have very sensitive teeth) it cleans very well and leaves your mouth minty fresh.
