Nothing sticks. Easy to clean. When it comes to browning, it's almost impossible. The instructions recommend not using high heat. So even when well preheated and longer frying time, I cannot get anything to brown. The pens appear to be of good quality. I bit heavy. I like the felt trivets that keep the pens from scratching each other. Good value.

Amazing nonstick skillets! Love them!

These are truly nonstick. The three sizes 8, 10 and 12 inch are perfect for my cooking needs. No need for cooking oil at all. They are super easy to clean. They arrived with inserts to place between the pans while storing them to ensure they don't get scratched. So far, they are much better than I expected.

These pans are the best you can buy! I’d say more but I hope this sums it up. I’ve had my first Ozeri pan for over a year and it still does not require and spray or butter to remain non-stick. Worth every cent.

I was skeptical at first. I added the eggs without butter. I could not believe how the eggs did not stick. I hate using products like Pam. I can smell the chemicals in this type of product. When used in cooking I noticed a residue on my old pans from products like this. With these pans, no extra fats or oils to stop sticking unless you want to add it for extra type of flavor. I even made cheesey eggs for my grandson, no sticking and easy clean up. Just make sure you clean the pan after it cools off. Love, love, love these pans!!!

Love these pans. They cook evenly. Love the high sides. They clean easily. From what I read, they are made well without toxic materials. Threw my old pans out!

I love these pans. They’re amazing in so many ways. Nothing sticks to them, so you don’t need to use much oil if any. The only downside is one of my pans became discolored despite me following directions regarding seasoning, heating, and cleaning. I’m not sure what happened. Also, the coating on the outside of the pans is flaking off. I use a non-abrasive sponge, so I’m not sure why this is happening either!
