Sound quality is on par with Sennheiser 400s, with a bit bore bass, ofc better for gaming. The craziest upgrade was the mic. This thing is CRISP, with a bit of EQ editing, it can sound amazing. It's helpful to have the ability to mute by turning it upright, and doesn't seem like it's going to go weak on me, but will update over time

These sound great... 7.1 has a little bit of an echo but still sounds good

As someone with plenty of experience with headphones around this price-range, I can comfortably say these are the best headphones I've ever gotten for this price. I've been using them for months now, and not only are they comfortable, but the microphone quality is superb.All of my friends commented on how high quality my voice sounded after switching to these headphones, but there is a catch. The incredible mic quality only comes from using the USB attachment piece with the other sound settings on it. That's fine and all, but that little USB adapter cord is at the end of its life after only a few months of use. Like with many other wired headphones I've used, it started with the cord randomly disconnecting, and now it won't stay steady at all. Even a little shift or slight bump of the cord, and my headphones disconnect. It's unfortunate, but they DO work still without that USB adapter, the quality of audio and the mic are just severely hit by not using it. If there were a way to order a replacement, it wouldn't be as much of an issue, but I've yet to find that option, so keep that in mind when getting these.All in all, this headset is great for the price point, and the headphones themselves seem durable enough, just be wary of the USB adapter that's included. It doesn't last long before it starts to break, and without it, you can't use many of the features advertised, like the audio profiles or surround sound. If you don't really care for those features though, I fully recommend these headphones.

I’ve always gone for the light (admittedly flimsy) headphones, particularly the ones (that I can no longer find) that fit around the back of my neck. I have curly waist length hair which I often wear up in a variety of styles. Headphones that accommodate hair fashions are - well, no one makes them. So my hair often destroys flimsy headphones when it gets tangled with the smaller ear pieces.. and I wear headphones almost 8 hours a day, which gives plenty of chances for entanglement. The arches on these do, occasionally “fight” with my hairsticks as I try to take them off, but have been pretty good with my hair all told AND they don’t hurt my ears. Surprising! Gamers I know in person tell me that I sound like myself, so the quality seems good. Pretty much a win, so far.

They sound pretty darn good, but all the cloth has come undone on the ears and headband. There's no way to reattach it. structurally everything is fine but normal use and wear has made them uncomfortable and now they look raggedy as well.

I got these to replace some old Panasonic headphones that were dry rotting. I don't have other similarly priced headphones to compare these to, but I think they sound good and the price is reasonable if you get them on sale.

This headset exceeded my expectations for what I believed was a limitation for any headset. First, the outer frame is made of stainless steel, which is very strong and lightweight. Second, the support for the ear cushions rotate in all direction, so it will fit onto anyone’s head perfectly. You will understand what I mean if you put it on. Since the top part that lays above the head is stretched with springs, there is no need to constantly adjust to find a decent spot. The headset was designed to do that for you. Add that with the rotatable ear cushions, the pressure on the ear is just perfect. The pressure is just enough to not let the headset fall down and keep it in place, but it also sits lightly on the ear at the same time. You just put it on and you’re good to go, no need to adjust anything.The layout of the headset, the features, and the light weight of the headset all work together to become the simplest and most comfortable headset. I cannot recommend this enough.

The media could not be loaded. I just bought this for my brand new legion pro gen 10.. opened it and grabbed it out of the box and the left drum metal piece came right off.. no damage to the original packaging.. just bad glue.. the only thing keeping it together is the cable.. contacted Amazon and opted to get a replacement sent to me.. for the amount of money it’s worth I would have assumed it would have lasted longer. Disappointed to say the least. If the replacement works I might update the review.. tested the sound and it’s decent but nothing amazing either. Might be in the market for a new headset in a month if the replacement is that bad.. big oof and now I also have to wait for the replacement and send this back in.. ugh
