a good instant potato. I use it to thicken potato soup and to thicken my mashed potatoes when I add too much milk. Tastes great

I couldn't find our favorite instant potatoes in our stores. Either they didn't have them or didn't carry them. I like them because you put the water,milk, and potatoes in the casserole dish and stir then microwave. I make all my potato dishes with them. Fast, easy,they are real potato flakes. I've tried them all, only Hungry Jack for me! Bix box! Will make Alot of meals! Amazon to my rescue again!

I love mashed potatoes made with hungry Jack. For some reason all the stores in my area do not sell it anymore. So I decided to see if Amazon had it and I bought a big box and the potatoes are just awesome
