I bought zinc and selenium to support my immune system. I have Hashimoto and thought may help my condition. I have not tested my hormones but I can say the product work as my hair loss stoped and I do not experience odd sensations in my thyroid area anymore. I do not loose my voice. Very easy to take. I need 10 drops every morning: it's tasteless, so I put that in a drop of water and drink it after my breakfast. If you need to have selenium, I highly recommend this one.

Honestly, it won't be fair to say outrightly that this is plain water! I'd rather say confidently that there's no discernible effect at all.
