Came exactly as ordered. Was used for party bags and the kids loved them.

Hard to find.
These things are hard to find in the shops now and when I do find them, they cost an arm and a leg. I'm glad i found them in bulk because I love them. The shape of the whistle is different now though and I think it affects the sound when the kids blow them. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
