I used this to replace the cheap plastic pipe that came with my portable A/C unit.It's much, much better, although I ordered the wrong size, I've adapted it to fit.It smells quite strongly when you first open it, but after 30 minutes of use it seems to have faded.Seems okay for insulation so far, it didn't feel warm like my plastic hose does while in use, which can only be a good thing.It does collapse back down as you'd expect, although I find it tends to want to expand again if you let go of it, not really an issue for me.Edit to say, it does actually heat up after approx. 30 minutes, and feels roughly the same temperature as the original plastic one, so doesn't seem to be insulated much. However, it is stronger, more flexible, and more durable than the original so still happy.

Excellent product speedy delivery

These are considerably better quality than the hose that came with the fan. The fitter, an electrician so I don't blame him, had a lot of trouble fitting the original white cheap hose. These you can ease out the ends to fit over the apertures. The air now flows better and fits without tons of tape.

Fantastic quality, far better made than the factory-supplied hose that came with my aircon unit. Really well made, thick material, and well insulated. Is also supplied with jubilee clips and zip tie, which makes installation so much more painless. Highly recommended.

It is perfect. I bought an aluminium version which just tore. This is strong and did the job for the cooker hood.

The media could not be loaded. It’s very good for extending the heat to another room and i think it’s very cheap at the price well done. Regards Barry.
