Robert arrived only last week and has already become an invaluable member of the household. Thorough, conscientious and determined, he never gives up on a task and carries out his work efficiently and without complaining (unlike other occupants).A few things to note - this doesn’t mean you will never need to use a vacuum again. He won’t do under the sofa cushions or get cobwebs off the ceiling. That’s almost the only fault I can find! I put off getting a robot vacuum because I have two cats, and I’ve heard horror stories of the vacuum finding things they’ve left on the floor. For that reason, I haven’t used the scheduling function and can’t comment on that. Robert is only let loose after I’ve checked for trailing wires, feline bodily emissions or discarded prey.There are limitations, obviously the vacuum can only get into spaces wide enough for it so if your furniture is close together then it may miss spaces. So far it hasn’t got stuck but it does have a habit of pushing anything light enough out of the way. So cat bowls, water fountain, stray shoes etc get shunted into a corner.I was slightly puzzled on opening the box to find no instruction book - you have to scan a QR code and find it online. Set up was very easy, and within no time Robert was charging. Instructions say you need 0.5 m either side - I simply don’t have that much space but it doesn’t seem to matter. Robert finds his way back to the charging station each time.A full circuit of the ground floor of my three-bed semi (about 30m according to the app) takes about an hour. With a long-haired cat I really need to vacuum daily (but don’t) - he picks up an impressive amount of dust, hair and dirt. Emptying the dust box is very simple. He transfers easily from hard floor to carpet and climbs over threshold strips with no problem. You do need to remove as much as you can from the floor and hitch up any trailing cables.The cats are a little bemused but not as scared as they are of the other vacuum. I’m hoping that with Robert’s daily help I can raise my basic standard of cleanliness from ‘squalid’ to ‘acceptable’. I wish I’d bought this years ago.

Amazing machine ! I’m a little annoyed at myself that I went for the cheapest model as I now realise I would like the mapping and moping functions of the more expensive machines, will be upgrading to one of those soon though.I have an area roughly 140m2 which I clean with this machine and use it 1-2 times a day. It randomly goes around and picks up dirt and debris with ease, in fact my home has never looked cleaner. Well worth the money as I have a cleaner home and less time consuming housework to do. The only reason I am upgrading to a more expensive model is because I have high traffic areas which you can target specifically if you have a mapping function on the machine. Overall extremely happy with my purchase and have been recommending this machine to all my friends, saving me at least 30 minutes every day not having to clean and does a better job than I would !!

It has its limitations but for a basic clean around the house it is very good. Not too noisy, interesting to watch it not fall down the stairs, nice size for going under beds and sofas etc. This is my first robot vacuum although my family have been using them for a while now. Bought this on their recommendation and was not disappointed.

I was quite sceptical about this but with the reviews being so good and the opportunity to purchase on an Amazon Prime day deal, I decided to give it a go.Easy to set up even for a technophobic person like me!The website was helpful and the app was easy to navigate and we were up and running within a few minutes.I have had the robot for nearly a week now, and my home has hard flooring (LVT) and also carpet in bedrooms. My bathroom is tiled.We have two dogs, a very gorgeous Golden Retriever who sheds more hair than Kojack and a little pointer/spaniel cross, as well as a rather sweet little cat so we definitely need a good hoover!This great addition to my arsenal of cleaning tools has got be my best purchase in my fight against the fur!Set it to start cleaning at 8:00 am and literally the floors are spotless by the time it heads for “home”My carpets are looking brighter and fresher, and there isnt a dog hair in sight, or fur rolling around the outsides of the flooring where it meets the skirting boards.I literally have not had to physically hoover myself once this week!The robot has done a fabulous job and my only regret is I didn’t buy one a very long time ago.
