The quality of the print is as good as the cannon originals for a fraction of the price. I can't believe how much ink you get for your money. I will definitely be buying from this supplier again. 5* rating. :)

Great value for money compared to the original cartridge costs. The print quality is great, even when used for high-DPI prints. My only concern would be if you're using these for selling art prints, as I don't know how good they hold up with ultraviolet light, to prevent fading. I haven't had any fading issues myself as of yet, but experience of other compatible ink is that they do fade fairly quickly. But if you're using these for regular printouts, then great!

Hard to give 5 stars for print quality as I only print documents and thats only occasionally, but seem ok and for the price is more than suitable for my needs

Perfect for using at a fraction of the price

These are a really really good deal and at a fraction of the price of even some 3rd party inks, are a bargain.I've replaced a full set with these, and every one worked perfectly. After printing a test page, there were no streaks or gaps. Operation has been flawless since then.If you've never used compatible inks before I expect, like all others I've tried, you'll get mixed results from how quickly they fade in sunlight. I've not had a chance to try this out yet, but will update when I know how good or bad they are.As for the 'XL' aspect, the reservoir looks the same as all the other cartridges I've had, so can't say how long they will last either.

I've purchased 2 lots of this ink form Supply Guy now, on the first order, only one of the yellow cartridges was recognised. I had to be referred to an amazon supervisor to get a refund. I thought I'd give them another go since the reviews are good. The second lot, none of the magenta cartridges will recognise. Luckily LxTek have the 550s back in stock, I've never had a problem with theirs.
