Rishi Turmeric Ginger Tea calls for 1 tablespoon per cup. ! tablespoon of the tea weighs approximately .22 ounces. So 1 pound or 16 ounces would yield about 72 individual cups. You can make more if you brew more than 1 cup at a time because you don't need to double the amount for two cups, etc. Just let it steep for a bit longer.
