Google Pixel 8 5G,US Version, 128 GB Obsidian - Unlocked (Renewed)

Alright so I have had this phone since around the second week of December. Everything functions perfectly, no marks or scratches, the phone was in perfect condition and my battery is also very good and usually lasts the whole day and is in around 20 percent once I get home and I use my phone alot when at work and school so take that how you want to. However some problems did occur as when I tried to put a phone service on this phone it kept getting prompted to contact T-Mobile to set up e-sim and T-Mobile was not at all helpful and hanged up multiple times after putting me on hold for an hour. How ever I was able to work around this by scanning the QR code given to me by my phone provider instead to set up a e-sim. One last thing you might want to be informed of is that the camera on the back is very good but the front camera is good but you usually have to have ideal lighting as even in night vision when it seems to be a little dark where you are the camera is blurry. All that being said I recommend this phone to any one looking for a flagship level phone for a low price but be aware of the e-sim having to be worked around.

There was only a very small scratch on the bottom of the screen. The scratch isn't noticeable unless you shine a flashlight on it, so I don't mind. There was also zero burn in or image retention on the screen. Overall, the phone is in perfect condition, with no other cosmetic marks I could find. As with every Google phone, the battery life is great, the screen is bright and clear, and it takes great quality photos. No complaints here. I would purchase another renewed phone again, since the quality of this renewed phone is excellent, just as the listing says.

The phone was fine, but after 2.5 months of ownership it became hard to type. The best way to describe the issue is like what happens when you have big fingers, except my typing has been perfect up to that moment. I would restart the phone and the issue would go away, but then randomly come back. I contacted vendor DNCL-TECHZONE and they agreed to my return. They even agreed to a later return as I was traveling back from from abroad. However, at the moment the vendor received the phone back, they started claiming that the phone had no issues in their short testing, which may have not been enough to experience what I was experiencing. The vendor DNCL-TECHZONE did not get back to me to try to understand more about what was failing, they immediately said they'd be keeping a 20% restocking fee, which in their return policies is due to "abusing the return process", and if "if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product". This vendor is not offering me a solution. This vendor DNCL-TECHZONE is actually putting the burden of their product not working as expected on me, making me pay for a restocking fee on a phone that didn't operate properly when I had it, and potentially selling it to the next person who will run into these issues. I believe this is not the way to treat a customer. I have an open case with Amazon and will update this review as the case evolves.

Great phone. Works better than I expected. Only issue was getting Visible service to connect with the phone, but that was a Visible issue, not one with the phone. Seller was responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. Would highly recommend!

So far, so good. Being renewed, it came in great condition, no scratches, etc. Also it was unlocked as described. I've only had it for 3 months and it's my first Pixel, so getting used to the location of things has been challenging. I really like the camera, really sharp pics, even when I zoom in. The fingerprint sensor works well, even with a screen protector. Battery life is good. The quirky thing with setting it to charge to only 80%, once a week, is it charges to 100%. I'd also like to pick what % to charge to.

This seller is on the up and up. I would buy from them again. I received this item from them in the shortest time possible. The phone quality was top notch, phones fast, and easy to use as other previous models. Phone shows little wear and connects fairly well with no hiccups.

The Pixel 8 is a decently fast phone with a great camera, and it's one of the few high-end options available in the under 6.5" range. It'll also get Android updates until 2030. However, I did have some issues with my refurb unit. I noticed a hardware screen glitch in the same spot a few times, and according to AccuBattery, the battery health was at 91%. The battery life wasn't very good, moderate use would take me down to 30% of the end of the day which isn't acceptable for me since I want to keep my phone for 4-6 years. If you get lucky with a good unit, the battery is smaller than other phones of the same size but it should be acceptable.

Phone was in flawless condition. Unlocked and ready to go. Some of the negative reviews are for shipping issues which are beyond the sellers control. Id definitely use again.
