I purchased the older version 7 years ago and it has never let me down until the foil gave up the ghost. So I purchased the newer model and it has not disappointed. The same smooth shave no soreness all over it takes a while to charge but it lasts for two goes you can give yourself an allover body shave in 25m and as it lasts 50m plenty of charge for two.Well impressed superb product. Get yourself one if you want to get rid of that jungle allover your body.

Awful.I bought this because my old Philips bodygroom finally gave up. I have also tried the new lady's have which wasn't very good, but not as bad as this rubbish.The head is awful.Firstly the whole shaver is cheap, lightweight plastic.The part of the shaver that the head fits in is rigid, it doesn't allow the head to swivel to adjust to your body, not at all.The head has side teeth like the older far superior version, but because the motor is do terribly weak, they are awful at cutting hair.The old bodygroom - one pass with side teeth to cut long hair, one pass with the foul to give a perfectly smooth shave, head moved back and forth to adjust to your body.This new version- teeth fail to cut hair, even after 10 passes over the same area, but did irritate my skin.the foil is pointless, consistently leaves a couple of mm stubble, leaving legs and other areas spikey and unpleasant no matter how many passes .Battery, well you can't tell when it's fully charged because the light is the same throughout, even after 14 hours on charge.When you do use it, because you have to go over and over and over the same area, it conks out before you have done the second leg.It's not like this was a cheap razor from a no name brand, this was twice as expensive as the previous bodygroom from Philips.If you can find the old Philips bodygroom, its black with orange trim, sits in its own charging cradle, get that, it's great.This Philips bodygroom is complete tat .It doesn't cut hair, it chews it, it leaves spiky stubble and irritated skin,it doesn't conform to your body, it looks and feels like cheap tat, you can hear the motor struggle in the sparsest hair, and the only charger you get is a poxy short usb cable, it doesn't tell you when it's fully charged and runs out of oomph before you've hacked away at both legs, and still leaves spiky stubble.This is truly awful and has gone in the bin, because even though you have to use it to know how utterly terrible it is, you can't tell from outside the box, if you use it you can't return it.Money down the drain, I would highly recommend not buying this rubbish.
